Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by the noplace app ("App") created by Islands, XYZ Inc. ("us", "we", or "our"), located at 2261 Market Street #4635 San Francisco, CA 94114, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
Description of Service
The App is a social networking platform that allows users to post information about themselves in a fully customizable manner, such as who they are, what they're up to (status updates), what they're reading or watching, and who their top friends are.
Terms
- After opting in, noplace SMS list members can expect to receive messages relating to their waitlist position and account status.
- Users can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". After a user sends the SMS message "STOP", noplace will send the user an SMS message to confirm that they have been unsubscribed. After this, the user will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If the user wants to join again, they are able to sign up again and we will continue sending SMS messages.
- If a user is experiencing issues with our messaging program, the user can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance or get help directly by emailing help@noplace.app.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to the user from noplace and to noplace from the user. If a user has any questions about their text plan or data plan, it is best they contact their wireless provider.
- Message frequency varies, but users should expect to receive 1-2 messages in total communicating about your spot on the waitlist.
